2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use paid features or create an account unless a parent or guardian legally authorizes your use.
3. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- all activity under your account
- providing accurate registration information
You agree not to share your account in a way that violates your plan limits or abuses the service.
4. Memberships and Paid Access
Certain features may require a free or paid membership. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refund handling are described on our Billing page.
5. No Guarantee of Savings or Availability

The DealDebates.com service, including its branding, software, design, workflows, and original platform content, is owned by Immutifi, Inc or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of our software or branding.
11. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:

- your use presents security, legal, or abuse concerns
- required payments fail
- we discontinue part or all of the service
12. Disclaimer
DealDebates.com is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Immutifi ,Inc and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, lost data, or purchase decisions made based on information from the service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or [USD $100], whichever is greater.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules.ected Immutifi App Network
ModelGlue, MarketDebates, DealDebates, CounselDebates, AgentDebates, and P2Pprivate are part of the same Immutifi app network.
By creating an account, signing in, subscribing, saving a wallet address, using Passport/passkey login, or using any supported Immutifi app, you acknowledge and agree that your account identity, membership level, billing status, usage limits, WOTA rewards, WOTA credits, and related account information may be securely synced across supported Immutifi apps.
This syncing is intended to provide one connected user experience across the app network and to help prevent duplicate accounts, duplicate billing, duplicate wallet-credit counting, and duplicate WOTA reward claims.
Shared Account Identity
Your account may be linked across supported apps using verified identity signals, including:
- verified email address
- Passport/passkey identity
- saved or verified WOTA wallet address
- account ID or other secure internal identifiers
Passwords are not shared between apps.
If you begin creating an account on a second supported app using an email or identity already connected to another Immutifi app, the system may notify you that an account already exists and may guide you to log in instead of creating a duplicate account.
Global Membership Levels
Supported apps may recognize the same membership level across the Immutifi app network.
The standard membership levels are:
- Free
- Pro
- Business Pro
- Business Plus
Your membership level, subscription status, cancellation status, upgrade status, downgrade status, and related billing access may sync across supported apps.
Some features, limits, add-ons, or labels may vary by app depending on the type of service provided.
WOTA Rewards and Credits
Eligible WOTA rewards and WOTA-based usage credits may sync across supported apps.
This may include:
- WOTA earned inside supported apps
- WOTA not yet withdrawn
- WOTA held in a verified wallet address
- WOTA credits recognized by the shared Immutifi account network
- WOTA credit usage across supported apps
Where supported, eligible WOTA credit balances may increase daily usage capacity.
Duplicate wallet addresses may be counted only once across the app network.
WOTA rewards, WOTA credits, and related access benefits may be subject to verification, fraud checks, availability, administrative review, technical limitations, withdrawal status, and program rules.
Add-Ons and Usage Limits
Business plans may support optional add-ons, including extra seats, conversation packs, debate packs, or additional workspace capacity.
Add-ons may increase usage limits or workspace capacity where supported.
Unless otherwise stated, add-ons may apply only to the app, workspace, account, or subscription context where they are purchased or assigned.
Account Updates and Notifications
Account creation, profile updates, login changes, passkey updates, wallet updates, membership changes, subscription changes, billing changes, WOTA reward changes, and WOTA credit updates may be securely synced across supported Immutifi apps.
You may receive email notifications related to these events, including account linking, duplicate signup detection, account provisioning, subscription changes, WOTA credit changes, and security-related updates.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, including your email address, login credentials, wallet address, and billing details.
You agree not to create duplicate accounts to bypass usage limits, billing rules, WOTA reward limits, credit limits, account restrictions, or fraud controls.
Immutifi may merge, link, suspend, limit, or review accounts when duplicate accounts, duplicate wallets, abuse, fraud, payment issues, or reward manipulation are suspected.
